Such confidential information remains the exclusive property of Decentralized Masters businesses, DM Intelligence LLC, If you lose or make an unauthorized disclosure of such Confidential Information, you must immediately notify DM Intelligence LLC and take all reasonable steps to mitigate or prevent such disclosure. Obligations to non-disclose such confidential information will continue even after you have completed all courses or terminated your participation with DM Intelligence LLC and its affiliates.
Non-compete clauses
To the extent that you are actively participating as a client of DM Intelligence LLC, its affiliates or for any of their business and/or opportunities related to or similar to current or reasonably anticipated Decentralized Masters business opportunities that may come to your attention, such opportunities belong first to DM Intelligence LLC.
You must notify DM Intelligence LLC of such opportunities and may not pursue them unless DM Intelligence LLC consents. You give your full consent that while you are a client of DM Intelligence LLC and/or its affiliates, you will not be able to carry out any type of business of your own, associated or incorporated, related to blockchain & cryptocurrencies education, investment academy, investment community or any related derivative. with similar names for a period of 2 (two) years. You also may not promote active and non-active Decentralized Masters students to other cryptocurrencies educational programs. Failure to comply with this clause will entail a claim for the sum of $2,000,000.00 (two million dollars).
Intellectual Property Rights
You will have no ownership rights in the creative work done by Decentralized Masters, DM Intelligence LLC, DeFi Accelerator, DeFi Clan and their affiliates.
You will not have any rights of attribution for any work created with the company.
You shall not create, possess, distribute or copy backup copies, personally or privately. Storage of any software, work, material, design, plans, codes, images, media, videos or any other type of physical or digital information that belongs to the company (doing so could result in a fine of up to $250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand dollars) and, but not limited to ten years in prison).
If you terminate as a client of DM Intelligence LLC and/or its affiliates, you must return to the company all confidential information or materials belonging to DM Intelligence LLC and/or its affiliates.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions, and agreements mentioned above, will be governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of United Arab Emirates.
